Our Story

Fifty years of holding pressure.

One minute inside the shop · Hetrick Mfg., 2024

Hetrick Mfg., Inc. has spent five decades designing and building the equipment other people's processes depend on. We thermally rate, mechanically design, and fabricate custom shell and tube heat exchangers and ASME pressure vessels, entirely under our own roof.

Founded in 1974 in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, we're now in our third generation of family ownership. That continuity shows up in the work: the same attention to a weld procedure and the same care on a hydro test, carried forward across generations of our team.

We hold ASME U, S, PP, and R stamps, run more than eighty qualified weld procedures, and build to TEMA R, B and C designs, in carbon steel, stainless, duplex, and high nickel alloys.

Built to Spec

Every vessel ships with its own paper trail.

From the day a job is opened to the day it leaves our dock, every build is tracked against its own specification, the same document that travels with the finished vessel.
